I know many people who went to culinary school, and i have read
many articles and books. Very few are as you say "credible". What
can make you "credible" is your love for food, and i can see in the first
line of your posting that you do love food. Writing and cooking (just
like anything else) take practice. Credibility takes time. Just keep
writing and enjoying.
